I can’t say enough about how much they helped me. I was having really bad luck with my hot tub water for weeks being green and yellow and just couldn’t get it clear. I had bought my hot tub from Macksoods years ago and they either never helped me when I came in or didn’t know what to do. I had even tried a couple other places and nothing they ever told me worked.The first time I stopped into Lifestyles it was a great experience from the start. Joe was the gentleman that greeted me at the door, and he brought me back to the water testing area they have set up there. He was training so he got his manager, I believe Brad or Brett, and he came over to look at the test and give me some help on what I should do as well.
With my past issues I was still pretty skeptical as they sold me yet another chemical just like everyone else did, but they still did everything they could to help me with my water issue and I did exactly what they recommended and within two days my water was crystal clear! I am an Army veteran, and a retired business consultant and I could tell these two really knew what they were talking about and my hot tub water proves it. I will definitely continue to give Lifestyles my business!
