I went to four hot tub stores when I was interested in purchasing one. John Splawn was my salesman, he spent quite a bit of time with me explaining different ones and assuring me I could maintain one without a lot of work. I purchased the hot tub almost 3 months before I wanted it delivered – they said “no problem” and they held it until I was ready. After 3 months I had forgotten a lot of what John had said about what I needed to do to keep it working well, but every time I contacted him with a question he was very patient and addressed my concerns. They helped me get the PH where I needed it and they are always there for my questions. They also had the best warranty of all the stores I went to. I am extremely happy with my hot tub and from all the help Lifestyles has given me.
